DANSHUI DISTRICT — This building can be seen from pretty much anywhere in Taipei, but getting there may be a bit confusing for some. By bus you can get here from Beitou Station. But it's far more convenient to get here by scooter.
Once you arrive you'll come to a bridge with an epic view.
There's a strange mix of occupied and abandoned buildings here. It seems like the buildings closest to the bridge are all abandoned. I made my way inside one of them.
There is currently a new skyscraper going up despite all of the abandoned places here. This thing is pretty daunting and epic. I'm very curious to see how it's going to look in the end. And whether or not anybody moves in...
The super baller rich people buildings are here, they're part of a special community with a pool, clubhouse, and much more.
